the other day synecdochic linked to ladysisyphus's etsy store. i asked if she would make me a st. dymphna bracelet, and she did! here is an lj entry of hers with pictures, and here is the picture i took when i got it this morning. i love it :D

I like your bracelet! :) I find St. Dymphna to be quite interesting. As a patron saint of the mentally ill and epileptics, I think she would be an appropriate akh to look to. (Regarding Catholic saints: I don't feel that they are any better than the rest of the akhu; but rather, they are simply better known because of their stories and legends.)

aw, it's lovely. such a pretty blue. i think yours is the first mention i've heard of st. dymphna in ages.
